We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, images, lenses, and frame finishes of our products. However, we cannot guarantee that your device screen will accurately display the exact color or appearance of the physical product.

POVEC smart sports eyewear incorporates precision optical components and electrochromic tint technology, with two tint levels covering CAT 2 and CAT 3. Tint adjustment is controlled manually by the user.

Unlike traditional photochromic lenses, POVEC’s active tint performance does not rely on UV exposure. However, response speed, battery performance, and optical performance may vary depending on environmental temperature, usage conditions, product age, firmware version, and other factors described in the official user manual.

Battery life estimates are based on typical use and may vary depending on temperature, frequency of tint adjustment, product age, charging habits, firmware version, and other usage conditions.

Shipping, returns, refunds, exchanges, and limited warranty claims are governed by our separate Shipping Policy and Returns, Refunds & Limited Warranty Policy.

7. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

14. Sports Safety Notice

Outdoor and athletic activities, including but not limited to cycling, skiing, running, hiking, and other high-speed or variable-light environments, involve inherent risks.

POVEC performance eyewear is designed as an optical performance and glare-management tool. It is not a substitute for safe judgment, proper training, protective equipment required by law or sport regulations, or awareness of surrounding conditions.

You are responsible for using the product safely and in accordance with the official user manual, warnings, and applicable laws. POVEC products should not be used in any manner that distracts you from your surroundings or compromises your safety.

POVEC is not responsible for accidents, injuries, crashes, or property damage arising from misuse, failure to follow instructions, unsafe activity, or risks inherent in sports activities, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

15. Indemnification and Severability

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ambilight (HK) Limited, doing business under the POVEC brand, and our parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service, your violation of any law, or your violation of the rights of a third party.
