How long does delivery take?

Order Processing and Tracking
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

You will receive a shipping notification email once your order has shipped. You can track the shipment using the link in the notification, check the order history on the website for shipment details, or click here to track your order.

If you haven’t received a shipping notification within 3 business days of placing an order, it may be due to one of the following reasons:

The email may have been sent to your spam folder.
The product you purchased is temporarily out of stock or has just sold out. In this case, your order will be processed from another warehouse.
Shipping times typically do not exceed 10 business days. If you have any questions, you can always reach us at contact@povecoptics.com.

Where does POVEC ship to?
currently ships to the following countries and regions:

Americas: Canada, Mexico, United States

Africa and the Middle East: Saudi Arabia,United Arab Emirates, Jordan, Oman, Qatar

Australia, Asia, and Pacific: Australia, Indonesia, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Taiwan, Vietnam, Bahrain

Europe: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic (Czechia), Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Bulgaria, Estonia, Croatia, Lithuania, Latvia, Romania

Some remote areas such as military bases, or overseas territories may not be reachable due to logistical constraints.

How will my delivery be shipped?
We partner with carriers like UPS, or FedEx for fast and secure delivery.

If I order more than one product, will they be delivered at the same time?

Whenever possible, we ship products together. However, depending on product availability or shipping methods, items may arrive separately. A notification will be emailed for each shipment .

Can I change the delivery address after a package has shipped?

Unfortunately, once an item is en route, we cannot change the delivery address. You can cancel an order within 60 minutes and reorder with accurate details.
Notes:
For orders cancelled 60 minutes after receipt, the customer will bear the responsibility of any return shipping fees.
If a wrong address is provided and this leads to the package being lost or unrecoverable, the customer shall bear the loss. POVEC will not replace the order or issue a refund.
